Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful technology
Use automated tools to improperly collect information from the Website

Use the Website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

2. Service Requests and Estimates
Submitting a contact form, service request, quote request, or other inquiry through the Website does not create a binding service agreement.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, inspection, product availability, and acceptance by Kirkland’s Glass.
Any estimate provided through the Website, by phone, by email, or during an initial consultation is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle, property, glass, installation area, materials required, labor requirements, insurance coverage, or other factors discovered during service.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate when additional work, parts, labor, recalibration, repairs, or materials are required.
3. Automotive Glass Services
Automotive glass repair or replacement may depend on factors including the vehicle year, make, model, glass type, installed equipment, sensors, cameras, advanced driver assistance systems, and availability of replacement glass.
Certain vehicles may require camera, sensor, or Advanced Driver Assistance System (“ADAS”) recalibration following windshield replacement or other glass services.
Kirkland’s Glass may recommend or require additional procedures when necessary to properly complete the requested service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requesting service.
4. Insurance Claims
Kirkland’s Glass may assist customers with automotive glass insurance claims and may communicate with insurance companies, claims administrators, or other authorized parties when requested or permitted by the customer.
Insurance coverage, deductibles, claim approval, reimbursement amounts, and coverage limitations are determined by the customer's insurance provider and policy.
Kirkland’s Glass does not guarantee that an insurance company will approve or pay any claim.
The customer remains responsible for any deductible, uncovered balance, denied claim, or other amount not paid by the insurance provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, technician availability, glass or material availability, previous appointments, traffic, job complexity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes when possible.
Customers should provide accurate contact information so we can communicate about appointments, service updates, or scheduling changes.
6. Mobile Services
When mobile service is available, the customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable location where the requested work can be performed.
Certain services may require appropriate weather conditions, adequate lighting, sufficient working space, access to the vehicle or property, or other conditions necessary to perform the work safely.
Kirkland’s Glass may reschedule or relocate a mobile appointment if conditions are not suitable for completing the service safely or properly.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their vehicle, property, glass, insurance coverage, service needs, and contact information.
Before service begins, customers should disclose any relevant damage, modifications, aftermarket equipment, previous repairs, known leaks, electrical issues, sensor issues, or other conditions that may affect the work.
Customers are also responsible for removing personal belongings or valuables that could interfere with the service.
8. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time services are scheduled or completed.
Customers are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance or another third party.
We may accept various forms of payment as determined by Kirkland’s Glass.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, the customer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.
9. Warranties
Any warranty applicable to glass, materials, workmanship, or other services will be subject to the specific warranty terms communicated at the time of service.
Warranties may not cover damage caused by:
Accidents or collisions
